Has been at the heart of our family since 1904. A lot has changed over the last 118 years but our syrup is still made with the sap of our own trees and it still tastes unbelievably delicious.

Our seasonal restaurant provides a warm and welcome respite during the syrup-making season. Clad in barn board with maple memorabilia adorning the walls, the room invites you to relax by the fire while you enjoy your meal at one of the tables made from our own trees. The feel is pure Canadian.
Open daily mid-February through mid-April.
