Our Last Wedding of 2022
A fitting end to an incredible season! Our last wedding of 2022 at Evergreen Acres Farm where we catered their first wedding in June.
On the farm, our summer pig roasts were always incredible events. Outside with friends, family and fantastic food we made memories that still make us smile. We are delighted to bring those special times to you and your family.

Make your special day even more memorable with a Shaws Custom BBQ and buffet. We have been catering weddings and social events since 1991 and our expertise allows us to bring the taste of nature to your guests in the most comfortable and professional manner possible.
Select your meal from the menu options, below. Prices are quoted per person and will be adjusted according to the number of people attending. Prices do not include tax or gratuity.
Entrees include choice of four (4) side dishes, fresh breads, coffee and iced tea. Menu prices include all the necessary disposable plates, cups, flatware, ice, serving utensils and condiments. Meals are served buffet style to allow for a wider selection of foods and portions sized to the individual’s liking.
On the day of your event we will set up our skirted buffet tables one hour before dinner. We serve your guests for an hour and require another hour to break everything down. We would be happy to provide additional services if needed but an additional Support Fee may be required.
If you would like to add a maple syrup wedding favour for your guests, we have several styles of bottles to choose from.
Support Fee: Sometimes our guests need a little more help than we include in our basic service. We are happy to do more but the additional service may result in an additional support fee. The support fee can range from $500 – $2,000 depending on your needs and can include additional services like early set up, special BBQ set up, serving your appetizers or dessert, or clearing tables. Our support fee is priced once we have investigated the event site and confirmed all the service details.
Payment: We require 25% deposit upon booking and payment of the balance one (1) week before your event.
Refunds: If you cancel 45 days before your event, we will provide a full refund. If you cancel within 45 days of your event, we will either give you a full credit towards another event or 50% of your deposit will be returned. There is NO refund if you cancel within 7 days of your event.
