We just LOVE a summer wedding at Quayle’s Brewery! Earlier this month, we had the distinct pleasure of catering Kirstin and Mackenzie’s wedding at Quayle’s. The day delivered sunshine, blue skies, and puffy white clouds that glided over over freshly cut grass, hop yards, and gardens full of flowers and vegetables. We watched from a distance as the wedding ceremony was held in the shade of mature maple trees and we were so happy to see our friends Catherine and Graydon, the owners of Quayle’s. It was another awesome wedding and we were delighted to be included.
Kirstin and Mackenzie asked our team to prepare a custom BBQ buffet of freshly grilled New York Striploin steaks and maple BBQ chicken breasts with sides of rice pilaf, maple glazed baby carrots, pasta, Caesar salad and baby potatoes. With our BBQ’s and outdoor kitchen so close to the reception tent, we were able to make sure the food was as fresh and hot as possible when guests enjoyed the buffet. Plus, our experienced team was ready to replenish when necessary, so we were able to feed this group of 90 professionally and efficiently. We were also ready when guests came back for seconds and thirds.
After dinner, guests enjoyed delicious glazed donuts personally delivered by Bob Willsey, owner of the Mariposa Market. If you haven’t tried a Mariposa Market donut lately – you should. Made fresh every day at 4 am, Mariposa Market donuts have been selected as the best in the Food Network’s donut showdown!! Another great choice by Kirstin and Mackenzie.
