Where else would you find such a great Canada Day celebration? Of course it was at Doris and Tom’s place in Beaver-ton. A beautiful sunny day, an expansive yard with lots of shade, over 70 friends and family, experienced and capable hosts, and a delicious Shaws Catering custom BBQ buffet all combined to create a perfect summer event.
Doris and Tom designed a buffet specifically for their guests that included slow-roasted pork, baby potatoes, maple baked beans, coleslaw, hot vegetable pasta and five (5) bean salad. Naturally, the buffet also included rolls and condiments for the pork. One of the great things about a custom BBQ buffet is that people can chose exactly what they like and nobody cares if you come back for seconds, or thirds.
We were delighted to see the crowd have the opportunity to celebrate milestone birthdays with guests from as far away as California. Isn’t this what summer is all about? Thank you Doris and Tom for including us in another of your amazing celebrations. We look forward to the next one.
