If you know us, you know we LOVE Quayle’s Brewery. So it was a treat for us to cater a second wedding at the brewery in July. Like us, the folks at Quayle’s are very connected to nature. Owners Catherine and Graydon make sure their ingredients are farm fresh be it for their beer brewed on-site or their delicious restaurant meals. Surrounded by nature and gorgeous Oro-Medonte views, there is a lot of space for guests to explore, relax, and enjoy the company of friends. Activities change with the scenery and there is always something FRESH at Quayle’s Brewery.
For Madalynn and Thomas, who were married last November in Jamaica, this was a chance to celebrate with family and friends. Our team at Shaws Catering served up a gorgeous buffet of bbq roast pig with homemade mac and cheese, maple baked beans, and coleslaw. We also included the first farm-fresh corn on the cob of the season from our friends at Country Produce.
