When Heather and Logan picked October for their Heritage Estate wedding, they probably never imagined the weather would be warmer than it was most days in August. But it was. As Ontario experienced a stretch of unseasonably warm and sunny fall weather, Heather and Logan enjoyed a magnificent start to their life together. What a day, what a venue and what a wedding!
Heritage Estates in Barrie is an estate winery with a magnificent enclosed glass reception tent. Surrounded by lush vineyards and gorgeous fall colours, the glass walls allowed nature to serve as a perfect backdrop to this beautiful wedding. Serving boutique wines made on property, Heritage Estate was more than happy to work with Shaws Catering to deliver an evening to remember for Heather, Logan and all their guests.
The Shaws Catering team was delighted to serve a bbq buffet prepared on-site that included prime rib, maple glazed chicken, baby potatoes, maple carrots, caesar salad, broccoli salad and pasta. We were particularly pleased to give so many of Heather’s family from Scotland a fresh-off-the-grill taste of maple.
